What's new
- Heating elements and electrode plates change color with the current.
- A dotted line appears on the energy level panel in single-shot mode on the
single atom panel. The line indicates the energy an electron will have when it
hits the atom. There is not yet a label that tells the user what the line indicates.
Features to be added
- Make characters on the atoms in the play area bigger.
- Put the voltage control slider directly on the battery
- Put "+" and "-" signs on the electrodes, proportional to the voltage.
- Add more user control and flexibility to the way in which energy levels are added to the atom.
Kathy has provided a detailed description of how this will work.
Known Problems
- Atoms can be stimulated by photons. This is a carry-over from the underlying laser simulation model.
This needs to be switched off.
