Effective and Efficient Physics Grading

Grading the work of our undergraduates serves many purposes, such as providing feedback to the students and evaluating their progress in the course.  In this discussion-based workshop, we will focus on the different roles that grading plays in our physics classrooms and how we may improve our grading technique to minimize the burden on ourselves while providing quality feedback to our students.  Lunch will be provided, and this workshop does count towards discipline-specific hours.
