We’ve developed a course at CU Boulder on how people learn and understand key concepts in physics.

This course:

• Is useful for all students, but especially for those interested in physics, teaching, and education research.
• Exposes students to current research in physics, physics education research (PER), education, psychology, and cognitive science.
• Provides students with opportunities for teaching and evaluating college and/or K-12 students.
• Supports physics education reforms in other courses - students enrolled in Teaching and Learning Physics engage in teaching and research experiences by working in the labs and recitations
