Write a short (four to six page) essay in which you state, explain, and critically evaluate ONE of the following arguments.

1. Anselm's ontological argument.

2. The eighteenth century version of the cosmological argument (as presented in class and by William Rowe in your reading).

3. Craig's first philosophical argument for saying that the universe must have a beginning. (The one that claims that an actual infinite is impossible in reality.)

4. The design argument as presented by "Cleanthes" in Hume's Dialogues.

5. The fine-tuning version of the design argument, as presented in class and in the article by Robin Collins.
