The conference will be held at the beautiful Gold Lake Mountain Resort and Spa, located near the town of Ward, Colorado, approximately 25 miles northwest of Boulder. The resort features lakeside hotpools overlooking the Continental Divide, 19 artistically restored cabins, a renowned gourmet "rustic mountain cuisine", spa therapy treatments, and plentiful wildlife. In March, you can expect to be able to hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski in the peaceful surrounding Roosevelt National Forest as well as on the breathtaking high alpine trails of the neighboring Indian Peaks Wilderness Area and Rocky Mountain National Park. The resort's spa offers a menu of therapies administered by experienced practitioners. Events will be scheduled so as to allow participants to take advantage of the recreational and relaxation opportunities available in and around the resort.
Those attending the conference will be asked to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. The resort offers several different rate options, which include the following: lodging; breakfast; lunch; dinner; a coffee, tea and fruit station; wireless internet access; tax and gratuity. Alcoholic beverages are extra, as are spa therapies, though members of our group will be entitled to a 15% discount on spa treatments. Please consult the resort's website for more information and a complete listing of the services of which you can take advantage during your stay at Gold Lake.
