David F. Durham

David Durham is an attorney practicing in San Francisco, California. He has also been a Lecturer and Teaching Fellow at Stanford and has taught at San Francisco State University. Prior to practicing law, he was a Project Director at the Communications Research Center in San Francisco.

Mr. Durham was educated at the University of Texas, Austin (B.A. Philosophy), University of California (M.A. Comparative Literature), and Stanford Law School (J.D.).

Mr. Durham has been active as a volunteer and Board member in the environmental protection and population stabilization cause for more than twenty years, beginning as a legal intern at the Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund in San Francisco. Mr. Durham founded and is currently President of the Board of Carrying Capacity Network (CCN).
