Modified 9-9-2011. NSSE delayed to 2013 to take advantage of NSSE revamp due that year and we
have moved Senior Survey to 2012 and set all main surveys to an every-four-year cycle.

Rule for Four-Year Cycle of Surveys

Survey Rule
Admin Appraisal (AAP) Every fall when there are administrators to be evaluated
Alumni Every 4th summer
Graduate Every 4th spring (was fall)
NSSE Every 4th spring
Senior Every 4th spring with maximum offset to NSSE
VSA Every spring except when Senior, which incorporates VSA questions
Climate Every 4th fall
