* CU-Boulder will begin participating in the AAUDE Faculty Survey in fall 2015. That survey will be administered every fourth fall.
**CU-Boulder first administered the AAUDE Doctoral Exit Survey in spring 2014. That initial administration included most of the items from the AAUDE Doctoral Exit Survey plus many additional items chosen by the Graduate School for a more comprehensive assessment. In the future, the AAUDE Doctoral Exit survey (excluding any additional items used in the spring 2014 administration) will be repeated each spring in years in which the Graduate Student Survey is not administered.
^ The scheduled administration of the spring 2014 Graduate Student Survey was replaced with the administration of a modified version of the AAUDE Doctoral Exit Survey at the request of the Graduate School. The every-four-year Graduate Student Survey schedule will resume in spring 2018. That survey will include the AAUDE Doctoral Exit Survey items. The AAUDE Doctoral Exit Survey will be administered in the spring of the intervening years.
^^Administration of the Student Social Climate Survey was postponed from fall 2013 to fall 2014 at the request of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Community Engagement.
