PBA Home > Institutional Research & Analysis > Surveys > Client-Requested > Business Operations Survey > Ememo Survey E-memo This e-memo is directed to all Boulder Campus employees with any administrative responsibilities in the areas of accounting/finance, accounts payable, budget, human resources, payroll, purchasing/procurement, and or travel. If you receive this message but do not have responsibilities in any of these areas, you may ignore this message. Over the past few months, much has been said through town meetings, Summer of Change Workshops, questionnaires, and Silver and Gold articles about the administrative burden experienced by employees across the campus. As a result, the Senior Vice Chancellor has convened a group - including the Executive Director of Budget and Finance, the Controller, the Associate Director for Budget Services, and other support staff - to better understand what has been contributing to this situation. Therefore, we are asking for your insight by requesting that you complete the following survey addressing the Boulder campus financial and human resource operations. All responses are anonymous, unless you choose to identify yourself at the end of the survey. The purpose of the survey is to collect new information and amplify anecdotal feedback about the PeopleSoft systems, off-line processes, and overall campus business practices. It will help the offices of Planning, Budget and Analysis and Accounting and Budget Services take a better look at all CU-Boulder finance and human resource operations. ANY employee with administrative responsibilities in the areas of accounting/finance, accounts payable, budget, human resources, payroll, purchasing/procurement, or travel is encouraged to complete the survey. The survey should take 10-30 minutes to complete. Please submit your response by September 24, 2002. Thank you for your participation.
