The survey was contracted by the Office of Faculty Affairs and the Office of Diversity, Equity, & Community Engagement (ODECE). HERI collected the data and produced three data reports for CU-Boulder. The web-based questionnaire assessed a variety of topics and constructs, including job satisfaction, career-related stress, scholarly productivity, perceived institutional priorities, educational goals and practices, institutional support and resources, and campus diversity. CU-Boulder sent HERI a list of 1,320 faculty members, including all tenured and tenure-track (TTT) faculty and senior instructors. The list included TTT faculty and instructors with administrative positions. A total of 393 CU-Boulder faculty (5 of whom were part-time) completed the survey. For further information about this survey, please contact Alphonse Keasley (Keasley@Colorado.EDU), Assistant Vice Chancellor, Office of Diversity, Equity, & Community Engagement (ODECE).
