*NOTE: There were a number of discrepancies in respondents' answers.  Most that could be corrected were, others were left as is:
10 respondents filled out #years for combined degree but left MA and PhD #years blank; and for 17 respondents the combined #years
did not match the MA+PhD years.

Also there were 21 respondents who did NOT report which degree they completed. (Their answers to ALL questions are reported only in
