We've received several already and all are perfect.
Student placement, things to note

The students listed are all PhD recipients summer '01 through spring '06, in your program,
per SIS, per NRC rules. Don't add anyone; chances are 99% that anyone you'd add got a degree
outside this time period
or in another program or not at all. If you think you have an exception,
let us know by email.

If you can get placement info, get it now. We cannot wait to see whether your faculty respond
to the NRC questionnaire or fill in placement info, because NRC won't tell us who responded or
what info they recorded, until far too late to do anything about it (if ever).

Students with co-chairs are listed with one or the other chair, not both. Some students may be
listed with what you think is an inappropriate faculty member. It doesn't matter; don't change
the faculty name. It doesn't matter because NRC will use the info on placement to characterize
the program, not the faculty member.

The city/state/country requested are that of the employer, not where the student came from.
Don't list something like employer UCLA, city Boulder!
