1/23/07 - NRC: Collections from programs

In Jan-Feb 2007 we will collect data from and solicit review of PBA-generated data for the NRC program and faculty questionnaires. This email is an overview. For details including time estimates and what happens if you don’t respond, see “What’s coming” on a revised webpage for programs, http://www.colorado.edu/pba/nrc/forprograms.htm.

All collections/reviews except one will be done with Excels we set up for you to download, modify, and return by e-mail. These will be posted at the private site. The username and password are (as before) nrcucb, oldmain.

For the faculty questionnaire:

An email about these two will follow. Deadline for return Tues Jan 30.

In all the above we will request that programs review data generated by PBA. Files will be released 2/5-2/12 with return deadlines 2/20-28.

We apologize for the compressed schedule. We hope that the limited collection and emphasis on review of PBA-generated data will prove easier for you, and yield more consistent and complete data overall, than asking programs and faculty members to start from scratch.
