REMEMBER that this NRC study is producing a "college guide" for prospective PhD students. Each section of the NRC publication will have results (ratings and other information) for a single NRC field (emerging or not), on each program with that field as "primary."

Each section will also list the names of programs using the "other fields" designation, cross-referenced to their primary field for results. For example, the UCB Cognitive Psychology program will be listed with results under Psychology (its primary field), and will also have listings under Linguistics, Computer Sciences, and Philosophy. If you want prospective students to see your program under more than one field, or in an emerging field, use the web "other fields" form to list them.
