PBA Student Assistants

The student assistant position provides clerical support to three areas; the Office of Planning, Budget and Analysis, the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Budget and Finance and Boulder Campus Controller, and the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer. The responsibilities are:

  • Provide front desk coverage with phone reception. Receive visitors at front desk, answer and transfer calls, and take messages as appropriate.
  • Maintain typed logs of contracts and other documents to track routing and approvals for the Boulder Campus Controller.
  • Schedule the PBA Conference Room, double-check other calendars and meetings.
  • Data entry and typing of documents and correspondence as required.
  • Produce documents in Excel.
  • Support PBA Library by entering new items in data base, filing and shelving books, periodicals and files.
  • Filing, file indexes, making notebooks, errands, other duties as assigned
