How to Make Your Text Size Larger

Instructions are provided below for PCs and MACs for Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers.

PCs

Internet Explorer

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Size".
  • Select "Larger" or the size you prefer.
  • Firefox

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Size".
  • Select "Increase", "Decrease" or "Normal".
  • Netscape 7

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Zoom".
  • Select "Larger" or the desired percentage increase in size.
  • Netscape 6

  • Select "Edit" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu.
  • In the option screen that appears, choose "Fonts" under the "Appearance" heading.
  • You can now change the font type and size from this menu.
  • Netscape 4

  • Choose the "Edit" option on the Toolbar.
  • Select "Preferences".
  • Under the "Appearance" heading you can change font type and size.
  • MACs

    Netscape 4, 6 and 7

  • From the Netscape Menu select "Edit".
  • Select "Preferences".
  • Select "Appearance" from the left hand column and then "Fonts".
  • You manually control the font size by changing the point sizes.
  • IE 4.0 and 5.5

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Size".
  • Select "Larger" or the size you prefer.
  • IE 5.0

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Zoom".
  • Change the size of the font by selecting the desired percentage increase in size.
