FCQ: dates and deadlines for summer

| May 15-29 |
Maymester paper FCQs for Boulder campus printed from a direct
SIS download on May 16, received by depts via campus mail by May
26. Online FCQs (for graduate sections of 10 or fewer students)
administered directly to students via email and web May 26-29.
"Maymester" Denver and UCCS summer courses will also
receive FCQs from a direct SIS download about this time.

| June 1-12 |
Regular summer FCQs for UCD and UCCS are printed to enrollment
limit from a direct SIS download (enrollment limit figure is replaced
with actual enrollments during processing of administered forms
in Sept.) FCQs delivered to Denver and Colorado Springs campuses
on June 12 (along with processed spring FCQs and reports).

| June 15-29 |
FCQs for summer sessions A, C, and E for Boulder
campus: SIS course list data downloaded June 15, posted to web for
editing by dept coordinators June 15-18. FCQs printed and sent to
depts by June 26 via campus mail. (If you have session E courses that
end prior to June 26, please contact us to make sure you get them
in time.) |
| July 15-30 |
FCQs for summer sessions B, D, and F for Boulder
campus: SIS course list data downloaded July 15, posted to web for
editing by dept coordinators July 15-21. FCQs printed and sent to
depts via campus mail before July 30. |

During summer sessions, FCQs should be administered during the
last few days of the particular course.

PLEASE RETURN ALL SUMMER FCQs TO FCQ OFFICE BY THIS
DATE. Please notify us if you will be late. It may not be
possible to process very late FCQs. Feel free to return FCQs to us
as soon as administered, if that is convenient for you. |
