Given these changes and focusing on college (not department) averages and on change in the relationship to peer salaries over time
CU-Boulder salaries for new hires are over the peer average for full (5.8%) and associate (1.7%) ranks, at the peer average for assistant professors (-0.1%, but -0.7% in Arts and Sciences). http://www.colorado.edu/pba/facstaff/facsal/2006-2007/displayCall.htm Within A&S departments, full professor salaries remain below the peer mean for 14 of 20 departments with five or more full professors. Salaries are 10% or more under the mean for four departments, 2% or more above the mean for three. http://www.colorado.edu/pba/facstaff/facsal/2006-2007/displayBas.htm |
