matches are discipline/content specific; and number of employees. FeederWeights.xls. Lists job classes, with proportions of each feeder used for a job class; source of promotion into job class; whether matching is specific to
discipline/content area; and job group affiliation. This file is the primary reference for which job classes use each feeder source in what proportion. FeederCensusJobCodeMatch.xls, for the US census feeder. Lists job classes using census as a feeder, with all census occupation titles
matched to the job class; census demographics for the occupation title; and job group affiliation. Data for 2007-08 and later are identical to 2006-07,
from the 2000 census, but may include new job codes. (Formerly MatchShow.xls) FeederCUPA.xls, for the CUPA administrator survey (Formerly JCSummary.xls)
FeederNCAA.xls, for athletic titles. Lists CU-Boulder job classes in athletics, with NCAA personnel survey position titles matched to each job class and NCAA
feeder demographics for each class. (Formerly NCAAShow.xls) FeederUSPhDsByDept.xls, for feeder US PhD's granted, which serves as the pool for assistant professor and some other faculty job groups. Lists UCB
departments with counts and demographics of the US PhD's granted in disciplines linked to the department. Example: 48% of PhD's in disciplines linked to
Ecology and Evolutionary Biology went to women, vs. 16% of those in disciplines linked to Physics. FeederCOBachByDept.xls, for feeder Colorado bachelor's degrees granted, which serves as the pool for professional research assistants. Lists UCB
departments with counts and demographics of the Colorado bachelor's degrees granted in disciplines linked to the department. Example: 58% of degrees in disciplines
linked to the Institute of Behavior Science went to women, vs. 26% of those in disciplines linked to LASP, the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics. DeptAndCIPCodeMapping.xls. Lists UCB departments and the US Department of Education discipline codes (CIP codes, for Classification of Instructional
Programs) mapped to them. This mapping associates degrees granted (US PhD's and Colorado bachelor's) with departments for construction of the US PhD
and Colorado bachelor's feeders. Tabs are listed below.
