  • Quarterly FY2008 financial review presented at Board of Regents
  • DHE provides updated FY09 budget recommendations

  • JBC revenue figure setting
  • Long Bill is introduced to the General Assembly by the JBC. Capital projects are included in the Long Bill or are in a separate bill.
April
  • Board of Regents authorize salary range percent increases
  • FY2008 General Fund continuing budget is frozen
 
May
  • FY2009 current funds budget is submitted for Board of Regents approval
  • Governor signs the Long Bill, which contains the College Opportunity Fund and Fee-for-Service allocations; which replace Higher Education's state tax appropriation.
June
  • Board of Regents review and approve the FY2009 budget
  • FY2008 ends June 30th
  • FY2008 ends June 30th
  • Quarterly inflation estimate
