All chauffeured rates include professional driver and fuel costs. There is a minimum two-hour charge.

Premium Service Fees

Because substantial administrative planning goes into coordinating charter bus requests, we require that you make charter reservations more than five days in advance of the event and that you cancel a reservation at least three days before the event. Premium service fees will be charged in the following circumstances:

• Reservations made within five working days of an event will be charged a premium service fee:

• A two-hour minimum charge will be made for cancellations less than three working days prior to the event.

Changes to a Reservation

A $25/service fee will be charged for any change to a reservation that occurs fewer than five business days prior to the event. These changes include but are not limited to those that affect driver and/or bus type (i.e. – change of pick up time or location, upgrading to larger bus size, etc.)

No-Shows

A two-hour minimum charge plus actual driver time will be assessed in the event of failure to pick up a leased vehicle.

Weather Cancellations

Cancellations due to inclement weather as agreed upon by transportation authority will involve no charge to the customer.
