Where You'll Park

Housing assignment determines parking option. Here’s a typical run-down of parking lot assignments by residence hall. All parking assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.

Kittredge Halls: Kitt Zone (Lots 409, 412, 414, 416, 418)*
Sewall Hall: Lots 136*, 140*, Grandview Lots
Reed Hall: Lot 335*
Main Campus Halls (Baker, Cheyenne Arapaho, Farrand, Hallett, Libby, Willard, Aden, Brackett, Cockerell, Crosman): WillVill Zone (lots 605, 612, 623) or lot 623 only (unpaved)
Williams Village Halls: WillVill Zone (lots 605, 612, 623) or lot 623 only (unpaved)
Motorcycle: Lots 232, 233 326, 398, 399, 445, 456 or lots bearing an “M” on the sign. Or, at meters after paying.

* When these lots have sold out, permits will be assigned in Williams Village lots.

Evening and Weekend Parking

  • Several main campus parking lots don’t require a permit (free parking!) on weeknights from 5 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and on weekends (starting 5 p.m. Friday evening - 7:30 a.m. Monday morning). The three largest such lots are 169, 308 and 436. Always read the signs at lot entrances for specifics, or call PTS at 303-492-7384 for more information.
  • If you need to access campus in the evenings or at night (for classes or work), a PM permit may benefit you. These permits help provide closer parking to your campus destination than the free lots, and they are available in several time increments (to help you avoid having to rush to move your car by 7:30 a.m.). Visit our PM permits page.
