Maymester/Summer Permits
Maymester Permits
Maymester Permits will be available at the
Parking Services Office, located at 1050 Regent Drive. Maymester runs between
May 14 and June 1. Maymester parking permits cost $11.00/week and can be
purchased any time.
Summer Parking Permits
Summer parking permits will be
available for online sale beginning at
10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. You will need
your IdentiKey and password to order a permit. You can pick up your permit at
our office beginning, Thursday, May 24. Please allow
three business hours from the time you order your permit until you come to pick
it up. You will need your photo ID to pick up your permit. Our office hours are
from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Permits
for Term B, July 9 through August 10, can be purchased beginning Saturday , July
7, 2012. When a 10 week permit is ordered, the permit holder will only be
charged for 5 weeks. Permits will be ready for pick up at 7:30 a.m. Monday, July
9, 2012.
Fall/Academic Year Permits
The online sale for fall and academic year permits will open on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 10 a.m. for commuter students. The sale will open for residence hall students at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2012. You will need your IdentifKey and password as well as your vehicle registration to purchase a permit.
Commuter permits ordered by Tuesday, August 14 will be mailed to the address provided when ordering. Permits ordered after August 14 will be available for pick up at our office beginning Monday, August 20. A photo ID is required for pick-up
Residence hall permits will be available for pick up at our office beginning Monday, August 20. You will need your photo ID when picking up your permit.
Office hours are weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Reciprocal Parking for Students
CU-Boulder students who hold parking permits and will be taking classes at other CU campuses may be eligible for free or discounted parking at these campuses. For more information, visit the Reciprocal Parking section of our site.
ADA Accessible Permits
To obtain a permit for accessible parking, submit the CU Application for Disability Privileges. The applicant and their physician must complete and sign the appropriate sections of this form.
Both parties will also need to fill out the State of Colorado's Application for Disability Privileges to obtain a state-issued placard through the local county motor vehicle office.

How to Cancel Your Permit
If you no longer need your parking permit, return it to us in person or by mail (Contact Us for address information). You may be entitled to a prorated refund if three weeks remain in the semester. Call 303-492-7384 to be sure you are aware of all unpaid citations, including those that may have been transferred to the Bursar's Office.
