Faculty / Staff Permits
How to Purchase a Faculty/Staff Permit
Permanent Employees
- Long-term Permit Options To purchase a Faculty/Staff parking permit, employees should contact their department’s parking liaison. The liaison will provide employees with proper forms and information. Parking applications must be signed to authorize payroll deduction and to indicate agreement with the terms of retaining parking privileges on campus.
To identify your department’s liaison, email the Faculty/Staff Permit Coordinator.
- Temporary Permit Options Faculty and staff who do not wish to purchase a long-term permit may purchase short-term permits. Various time increments are available, and these permits may be purchased at the PTS Customer Service Window on Regent Drive.
Discounted temporary permits are available to employees who have held a Faculty/Staff permit for 12 consecutive months, and have cancelled it in favor of using alternative transportation.
Temporary Employees
Temporary employees may pay from 1-6 months in advance for temporary parking permits. We cannot arrange payroll deduction for employees paid on a biweekly schedule or through an outside agency. Purchase a permit in person at the PTS Business Office. Payments accepted when picking up permits are: cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
