Vehicle Maintenance
Scheduling Service
To schedule a state or university vehicle for maintenance or repair, call the garage at 303-492-6219 during operating hours and have the following information ready:
- Vehicle license number
- Current mileage
- A clear description of any vehicle problems
Cancelling Service
If the scheduled appointment cannot be kept, contact the garage as soon as possible to avoid service charges. See maintenance rates (below) for more information.
Rates
The garage works on a flat rate charge, as used in the Chilton or Motor Flat Rates Manuals, with some rates being only a flat charge.
- Flat Rate Per Hour ------ $79.00
- Shop Materials ------$10.00
- "No show" service charge ------ 1/2 hour charge
Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance (PM) needs to be scheduled for most fleet vehicles every 12 months or 5000 miles. (Some heavy-duty vehicles need PMs more often.) Preventative Maintenance notifications are sent out monthly to vehicle coordinators. Please contact the garage with additional questions/concerns.
