Q: What programs does the Parent Fund support?
A: Five major areas of Student Affairs programming: Campus Safety, Student Development, Experiential Learning, Parent Programs, and the Center for Community (To see the use of the parent funds visit the pie chart.
Q: Has the Parent Fund grown?
A: Yes, thanks to your help! In its first year, the Parent Fund brought in $50,000. During the last school year, parents gave nearly $750,000 in support.

Q: How is the University funded?
A: CU is a state-assisted not state-supported. We currently receive 8.8% of our operating budget from the state; as a result CU has been granted “enterprise” status from the state. Remaining funding sources for the University are tuition and fees, federal and other research grants, income-generating enterprises, and private gifts
