PACS encourages all students to consider participating in study abroad opportunities. Study abroad courses provide valuable insights into issues related to peace, conflict and/or security, whether in conflict resolution, development, religious issues, economic issues, or environmental issues. PACS certificate students can count relevant study abroad credit toward the completion of their PACS certificate.

If you are planning to study abroad, please speak to the PACS Director about the possiblity of counting your abroad experience for PACS credit. 

Popular Study Abroad Programs Among PACS Students

To learn more about study abroad programs, students should contact CU's Education Abroad office. Education Abroad offers a number of different types of programs and are best suited to discuss the details of those programs with. Please note that some of the programs listed on the website are official CU Boulder Study Abroad Programs and some are not. CU offers relevant programs through the study abroad program The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) and SIT.
