Information for Third-party Vendors, Hotels, and Other Businesses

In order to focus all of our energy on the needs of incoming students and their families, the Office of Orientation does not assist third-party vendors with outreach or marketing efforts directed at CU-Boulder students. We are also unable to distribute materials or advertising to incoming students.

For inquiries about setting up booths during orientation sessions, contact UMC Scheduling at 303-492-8833. A tentative list of orientation session dates for the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and Leeds School of Business is available at www.colorado.edu/orientation/sessiondates.html.

The Guide to Boulder, published in partnership with the CU Office of Parent Relations, does accept advertising and is distributed to families attending orientation. Visit www.guidetoboulder.com for more information.

Dates for future orientation sessions are to be determined. Visit the CU-Boulder academic calendar at www.colorado.edu/academics/calendar.html for projected start dates for future semesters. The August orientation session typically occurs during the week before the start of classes and is the largest session.
