Optional New Student Welcome Days

Welcome to the University

Optional New Student Welcome Days are one-day programs you can choose as an additional part of your New Student Welcome Experience. While these days are optional for all incoming students, we encourage new freshmen and transfer students to join us on campus to connect with academic advisors, faculty, student organizations and the departments that will support you and your family as new members of our community. There is no cost to attend the day program and each student may bring one guest.

The goals of our optional New Student Welcome Days are to introduce you to academic resources and opportunities to support your academic endeavors, engage you with campus history and introduce you to your fellow incoming students and families, and connect you with the campus-wide resources that will support your health, belonging and well-being during your CU Boulder journey.
