Zoom - Join a Meeting with Meeting ID

The following tutorial shows the process of joining a meeting using a meeting ID within the Zoom application; however, the most common method of joining a meeting will be to click on the meeting link within the email invitation you receive.

Step

Meeting hosts

The host or other participants needs to provide the meeting ID. Select Participants then Invite from a meeting that has already started.

Step

The meeting ID will be at the top of the window that opens. Alternatively, share the invite link or invitation with participants.

Meeting Participants 

To join a meeting, open Zoom and click the Join button.

Step

Enter the Meeting ID and check your name appears as you'd like, then click Join.
