Outlook Web App - Remote Device Wipe

This document explains the process of remotely wiping your mobile device of its connection to your exchange account.

This tutorial is operating system independent.

The following screenshots are taken of this process using Internet Explorer.

Step 1

Open OWA by going to https://exchangeweb.colorado.edu.

Step 2

Log on with your IdentiKey.

Step 3

Click Options.

Step 4

In the Navigation pane, select Mobile Devices.

Step 5

Select the ID of the device that you want to wipe and remove from the list.

Step 6

Click Wipe all data from device.

Step 7

Click OK.

Step 8

Click Remove Device from List.
