Identity Manager - IdentiKey Password Reset

If you've forgotten your IdentiKey password, you can use Identity Manager to reset it.

This tutorial is operating system independent.

Step 1

Go to and click on the Forgot your password? link.

Step 2

In the Reset Your Password box enter your CU Login Name and click Submit.

Step 3

Answer the security questions you set up when you first used Identity Manager.

Step 4

In the next menu, enter a new password that meets the requirements listed on the page and click Continue. If unsuccessful, you will be asked to try again.

Step 5

Once you've set a password that meets the requirements, your account will be reset. Click on the Continue button.

Step 6

You will be returned to the login page. Now you can log in to Identity Manager with your CU Login Name and reset IdentiKey password.
