Exchange - Request a Delivery Receipt using OWA

The following documentation explains the process of requesting a confirmation that your sent e-mail message was received while using the Outlook Web Application (OWA). To be able to do this using OWA you must be using Internet Explorer, as it is the only browser that offers the full version of OWA.

This tutorial is operating system independent.

Step 1

Go to and enter your Identikey and password.

Step 2

Create a new message, and then click Options.

Step 3

Select the check box for Request a delivery receipt for this message.

Step 4

Click OK.

Step 5

When your message arrives you will now receive a receipt.
