The following documentation demonstrates how to request a confirmation that your e-mail was received while using Outlook 2010.

This tutorial applies to the following operating system(s):

Step 1

Open Outlook and create a new email message.

Step 2

Click on the Options tab.

Step 3

Check the box next to Request a Delivery Receipt.

Step 4

When your message arrives you will now receive a receipt.
