Exchange - Create an E-mail Signature in OWA

Within the Outlook Web Application (OWA) you have the ability to create an e-mail signature. An e-mail signature will be what appears at the bottom of every e-mail sent from your account. The following documentation will show how to create this signature using the Outlook Web Application.

This tutorial is operating system independent.

Step 1

Go to and enter your Identikey and password.

Step 2

Click on Options in the top right of your window.

Step 3

Check the box that says Automatically Include my signature on outgoing messages.

Step 4

Enter into the text box how you would like your signature to appear.

Step 5

Click Save.
