Exchange - Create a Contact using OWA

The following documentation will demonstrate how to create a new contact using the Outlook Web Application (OWA).

This tutorial is operating system independent.

Step 1

Go to and enter your Identikey and password.

Step 2

Click on the Contact option from the navigation menu.

Step 3

Click the New Contact button.

Step 4

Enter the information you wish in the Profile section. Some of these options are First/Last name, Job title, Office, Department and Company name.

Step 5

Enter contact information in the Contact section. Some of these options are Phone numbers, E-mail, and Display as.

Step 6

When you have entered all of the contact information you would like to click the Save and Close button.

Step 7

Your new contact will now appear among your other Contacts.
