When you have altered scores after a quiz was auto-graded, it is possible that you may see a discrepancy between the grades seen in the Quizzes and Grades sections. Re-exporting the grades will likely fix this issue and sync the grades in the two separate sections. The following documentation demonstrates the process of syncing grades between the Quizzes and Grades sections for a D2L course.
*Note: These steps will also work for applying a quiz submission view after students have submitted quiz attempts.
Click Quizzes, located in the Assessments drop-down menu.
From your desired quiz drop-down menu (next to the quiz title), select Grade.
Uncheck the boxes in the Select as Graded column, then click Save.
Check all the box for for every grade you wish to export in the Select as Graded column, then click Save.
The scores should now be correct in both the Quiz and Grades tools. Return to Grades to verify that the scores have been updated.
