OIT recommends you set the receiver’s frequency if you are teaching in a centrally scheduled room that has a CUClickers frequency sign posted on the wall. This will prevent frequency conflicts from nearby classrooms.

This tutorial is operating system independent.

Step 1

Open i>clicker.

Step 2

Select your course name, then click Settings.

Step 3

In the Frequency Code section, set the frequency based on the CUClickers frequency sign posted in the classroom.

*Note: Double check that you have clicked the General tab.

Step 4

Click Save.

Before you get started it’s recommended that you remind your students about the frequency, so each student can set their remote’s frequency correctly.
