Clearing a web browser’s cache can correct problems you may have using a web browser while on the CU-Boulder network or using an OIT web based program, like Desire2Learn or CULink . OIT recommends that you perform this simple step before you start to surf the Web for the first time on the campus network. The instructions below demonstrate how to clear Google Chrome.
Click the Wrench button on the right side of the browser. From the Wrench drop-down menu select Tools.
From the Tools drop-down menu select Clear Browsing Data.
Select the time frame you would like to delete data from the drop-down menu. Make sure the Empty the Cache box is checked.
