You also need to have Admin access to install.
After clicking on the download link above, you need to type in your CU Login Name and IdentiKey Password to access the file. Click the OK button when you have entered the required information.
You will be prompted to run or save the file. Click Save. Save the file to your Desktop.
Locate the file and right-click on it. Depending on how your computer is configured, you will need to do one of the following:
A Security Dialog window will pop up saying "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" click Run and continue with the installer.
A download progress window will open, showing you the progress of the download. The installation program should open when the download is complete. If it doesn't, click the Open button.
The Welcome screen will appear when the installer starts. Click Next.
The License Agreement will display next. Click I accept the license agreement, then click Next.
The next window specifies the destination folder where the CU Cisco VPN will be installed. The default location is in your "Program Files" folder. Click Next.
A progress window will appear. You can view the current progress, or if necessary, click the Cancel button.
When the VPN Client has finished installing, you will see this screen. Click Finish.
In order to complete the installation, you need to restart your computer. You must do this before you can use the VPN client. After verifying that all other programs have been closed and/or all files you were working on have been saved, click the Yes button.
After Windows restarts, the VPN client will be completely installed. Remember to delete the VPN installer file that you downloaded so you don't accidentally run the installer again.
Now that you are done, make sure your antivirus software is enabled again.
