IT Service Center and IT Walk-in Desktop Support Centers - Call or e-mail the IT Service Center (303-735-4357 or 5-HELP from an on-campus phone, help@colorado.edu) for help with all OIT services, such as e-mail and IdentiKey, Internet connectivity, telephone service and technology-related questions or problems. Visit one of two IT-Walk-in Centers for help!
Desktop Support - OIT provides no-cost software support for laptop and desktop workstations to faculty, staff, and students at CU-Boulder.

Technology Learning Opportunities - OIT hosts technology-related classes, seminars, and workshops throughout the semester. In addition to these, you also have the opportunity to participate in computer-based training and find links to helpful tutorials.
