Overview

JMP is software for doing a variety of statistical analyses and data visualization.

Features

JMP is available for:

  • Mac OS X 10.6 or higher
  • Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 (except Home Basic), Windows Vista SP2 (except Home Basic)
  • Current license good through August 2016

Re-licensing:

If you installed JMP 12 or 11.2 earlier, you can download the license file, below, and use it to extend your JMP license through August 2016.

Who can get it

Licenses are available to all departments, faculty, staff and students on the Boulder and Denver campuses, including personal computers.

How to get it

Denver Campus

Those on the Denver campus should contact sitelic@colorado.edu for instructions.

Boulder Campus

Files Needed (IdentiKey and Password required):

Instructions:

  • Download the appropriate license (PER) file above, and unzip it; use the .per file to install or re-license your version of JMP. If installing JMP 12.0.1, download and open the installer package (DMG file) and run the installation program.

Windows

Files Needed (IdentiKey and Password required):

Instructions:

  • Download the appropriate license (PER) file above, and unzip it; use the .per file to install or re-license your version of JMP.
  • If installing JMP 12.0.1, download the installer package (ZIP file). Then Unzip/extract the JMPproInstall.zip file to get a new temporary folder JMPproInstall; in it, run the setup (setup.exe) application to install JMP.  When asked for the license/PER file, browse to the JMP.per file that you downloaded/unzipped.
