Site Licenses - ChemDraw

ChemDraw is the drawing tool of choice for creating professional and meaningful drawings of molecules and reactions.  It is intuitive and easy to use, and takes only a few minutes to learn the basics.


ChemDraw Prime 15.1 is available for both Macs and Windows computers.


ChemDraw is a site license, there is no fee to faculty, staff, and students at CU-Boulder.

Who can get it

Licenses are available to all departments, faculty, staff and students

on the Boulder campus, including personal computers.

How to get it

Go to and submit your email address. From that website you can download ChemDraw for your computer, and receive the necessary serial number and/or registration code via email.
