In order to receive a Media Cabinet Key, please contact the IT Communications Liaision (ITCL) for your department and be ready to provide the room number for which the key is needed. Visit the List of Campus IT Practitioners & IT Communications Liaisons page to find your department's dedicated ITCL. If no ITCL is listed for your department, contact the IT Service Center at firstname.lastname@example.org or 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus phone) to request a Media Cabinet Key.
Media Equipped Classrooms (M)
These classrooms contain a TV and a VCR/DVD player. DVD players also plays audio CDs. Rooms have a projection screen and overhead projector for transparencies. Other equipment may be delivered upon request.
Smart Classrooms (S)
These classrooms contain a video/data projector and a VCR/DVD Player. DVD players also plays audio CDs. Rooms have a projection screen and overhead projector for transparencies. Other equipment delivered upon request.
Large Lecture Halls (L)
These halls have the same equipment as Smart Classrooms and also a sound system.
CUClickers Receivers (C)
Select classrooms on campus have an iclicker receiver stored in the media cabinet.
Smart Computing Labs (Lab)
These OIT managed student computing labs contain varied quantities of computing workstations, in addition to a video/data projector, projector screen and a VCR/DVD player (DVD player also plays audio CDs) for instruction purposes. Other equipment may be delivered upon request.
*Note: A master key is not needed in any of the VAC rooms to access teaching technology.
