Overview

OIT supports the use of the Apple mobile devices (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad), Android, Blackberry, PalmOS, and Windows Mobile devices to connect to OIT services, such as email and UCB Wireless. Use these resources to configure your device.

Features

OIT's support of mobile devices includes configuration instructions for our email services and access onto UCB Wireless.

Related Policies

University policy requires that sensitive information not be stored on mobile devices unless specifically required for business needs. If sensitive information is required you are required to protect the information from disclosure either by encrypting the data or by use of a password or PIN on the device.

Cost

Configuring your mobile device for our email service or to connect to UCB wireless is available at no cost to you or your department.
