Google Mail accessibility information can be found on the Google Mail Accessibility page.

Forwarding Your Mail with Gmail

You are encouraged to use the campus-provided Gmail service, but if you prefer to use a different e-mail service, you should change your e-mail delivery location using CU-Boulder Identity Manager. If you wish to store your e-mail in your CU-Boulder Gmail account, but also forward it to another location you should make sure that your e-mail delivery location is set to g.colorado.edu (CU-Boulder Gmail) inside CU-Boulder Identity Manager and add a forward location within Gmail.

If you want to consolidate a personal Gmail account with your CU-Boulder Gmail account, you may use Google's Mail Fetcher tool. The e-mail client configuration instructions below can be used to help you to manually move messages from one Gmail account to another.
