Storage Limit Options and Information

Storage Limit Options for Individuals

Individual customers have two storage limit options:

1. Auto-increment

• A customer selects a base level of storage. If the account goes over the selected storage limit, the account will be automatically increased to the next limit, and will be billed accordingly.
• The customer will receive a notification when the account reaches 85%, 95%, and 100% of the selected storage limit.
• If the customer wants to go back to the account's original storage limit, all they have to do is remove files so that the account meets the original limit - then call the IT Service Center (303-735-4357 or 5-HELP) to have the account's storage limit level readjusted.

2. Hard storage limit

• A customer selects a storage limit and that is all that is available. The customer's account will not automatically expand if the storage limit is reached.
• The customer will receive a notification when the account reaches 85%, 95%, and 100% of the selected storage limit.

Group storage limit

• Group spaces have one storage limit to share.
• A group space can either auto-increment or have a hard storage limit.
• The primary contact on a group space will receive a notification when the account reaches 85%, 95%, and 100% of the selected storage limit.
