Zoom is a web conferencing tool that unifies cloud video conferencing, online meetings, and collaboration into a single intuitive platform. Zoom's extensive feature set, broad compatibility with desktop and mobile devices, and multi-layered security allow CU-Boulder to have rich web conferencing experiences with both campus affiliated and unaffiliated users.
All campus affiliates have access to a Pro account by using Zoom's login with Google functionality. To begin using the tool, sign in at the Zoom.us login page using the Login with CU Identikey link and logging in with your @colorado.edu Google account. Then download the Zoom application. Zoom web conferencing is provided at no cost to CU-Boulder affiliates.
All campus affiliates have access to a Pro Zoom account with their CULoginName @colorado.edu account, using Zoom's Login with CU IdentiKey option.
