If your desktop is managed by OIT Administrative Support, call the IT Service Center (303-735-4357) to setup an appointment for the Supportworks software installation.
Windows users can download and install Supportworks:
To log in to Supportworks, you will use your IdentiKey.
Also, make sure that the server listed is swclient.colorado.edu.
After entering your IdentiKey, and the server as swclient.colorado.edu, click the Login button.
Macintosh and Unix users will access Supportworks through the Analyst Portal (web client) at https://supportworks.colorado.edu.
Windows users should use the Supportworks software primarily, and use the Analyst Portal when working from a remote location.
To log into the Analyst Portal (https://supportworks.colorado.edu), you will use your Active Directory (AD) login name and password, which is the same as your IdentiKey.
Linux users may not know the full Supportworks client will run under WINE. However, this is not an OIT supported avenue. Learn more.
