Overview

OIT collaborates with partners across campus in various ways using tools like Supportworks and a Wiki.

Service Who May Get It Features
ServiceNow OIT staff and student staff. Software that is used to submit incidents, requests, and questions to people in our organization and our partners.
Wiki - IT Collaborative Space OIT staff and student staff, as well as our partners and colleagues across campus. We use this space to collaborate with campus partners on IT efforts and services.
Qualtrics All CU-Boulder affiliates with an active IdentiKey. An online survey tool that allows for users to build surveys, send invitations/reminders, track participation, display results (graphically and statistically), and export results.
MyCUHub Available to CU system affiliates, with access granted on a case-by-case basis. A software-as-a-service (built on the salesforce.com platform) used for constituent relationship management (CRM) initiatives for the entire CU system (all campuses and administrative units).
DocuSign All CU-Boulder affiliates with an active IdentiKey.* An online application that allows for users to securely sign/send documents, create forms, and manage document workflow.
