Architectural modifications to the WWW NG (next generation) production environment from 8:00 a.m. Monday, May 19 to 5:00 p.m. the following day will result in the sporadic delay of automated jobs for all colorado.edu next generation websites.
Update 3:58 pm: An unexpected problem with WWW NG changes caused some colorado.edu next generation custom Drupal websites to be unavailable between 3:40 pm and 3:50 pm. WWW NG service has been fully restored, but ongoing maintenance has been halted while the cause of the problem is investigated.
During the 33-hour maintenance window, automated jobs set to run on WWW NG (next generation) sites (managed through Drupal) will sporadically experience delays. Delays are anticipated to be anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours in duration.
